"Well, I was trying to politely say that I was going to get out of your hair but if your hair doesn't mind..."

"My hair does not in fact mind. Like I said, mostly interact with people at school or after school when I invite them over, so…" Shrug.

"Well sure, then. Lead the way."

Back to the games console! "Different game now or a bit more Mario Kart?"

"I will remind you I had never played before and do not in fact know these games."

"So is that a 'I'm willing to try new things' then?" he asks. "Because if so, we could play– uh, I dunno, there are a few? How about this?" He holds one up that has a fancy cover. "It's open world, it has guns and cars, it has missions to do? Also multiplayer."

"I'm always willing to try new things," he says, with only a little bit of a double entendre going on. "Hit me."

So they can play that game for another while! As described, it is in fact open-world with guns and cars and missions and also is multiplayer.

Does Sadde like blowing things up? Does Sadde like shooting members of gangs? If not, there's still the opportunity to go skydiving in the game. And if that's not fun, there's still the opportunity to drive around at high speeds.

Theo seems to be enjoying himself.

Blowing things up is fun! Shooting members of gangs—somewhat less. Skydiving is definitely fun, as is driving around at high speeds.

And then after an hour or maybe a bit longer (probably more like two hours, and after a little bit of glancing over at Sadde a few times), Theo will mention that it does seem to be getting quite late and perhaps Sadde should go home because it's a school day tomorrow.

"It's been fun though," he says, smiling.

"Yeah, we definitely ought to do this again," he says, and stands up, stretching a bit. "Exercising feels good," he comments lightly.

"Yeah," agrees Theo. "To both points."

Did he look Sadde over? It's possible. It was a relatively brief look-over, though.

Well Sadde's been dropping hints all day, ball's in Theo's court now.

He starts making his way downstairs, where he left his backpack.

Theo follows, looks at Sadde again, but appears to decide not to make a move. "See you tomorrow," he says.

Sadde raises an eyebrow but doesn't comment. "See you," he says, and makes his way out.

Theo will shut the door behind him.

He will be present at school the next day, as is only to be expected.

And so will Sadde! Who will continue to fail to seduce Theo, but will seduce other people over the next few days, and re-seduce some old people (hi Matt), and not-seduce yet other people. And other than all the seducing there's the socializing, the becoming very good friends with one Willow Maxwell, and school, of course.

… And then there's news around the school that apparently Ev is throwing a party.

Lots of people are invited. Including Sadde.

Ooh party! When is it? She'll be there!

This Friday! Because, you know, wouldn't want people to be hungov– ahem, too tired for the next day of school.

So on Friday at the appointed time Sadde's there!

As is Willow!

The party seems to have already started with a few people! Ev opens the door, shows them in, and look – beverages, of assorted kinds, games, music, quite a few people are here already, snacks are available if desired, et cetera et cetera.

Mingling! Socialization! People! Woo!

Starting with: what beverages?

Well, there are various types of soda and carbonated drinks available – cola and such – or, hidden slightly away at the back, there are a few (or a lot of) alcoholic drinks.

Which. Obviously Ev didn't put there. Because that would be bad.

Must've been someone else.

But anyway! Woo, party.
