"You wanna eat first or try and get some pictures of the morning crowd?"

"I could use some food."

So Juliet takes his hand and chooses the closest restaurant.

"I never got to come into town proper before. Too many people. Made dad nervous."

"Glad to be of service."

It's a fairly small Mexican place. The atmosphere is warm and comfortable, but it's a little cramped.

There's a familiar face already seated.

He takes her hand.

....

"We can go somewhere else?"

Matt considers Juliet's proposal-

-by which point, Isaac has spotted them.

He continues eating, quietly.

He's sitting alone.

...Juliet waves.

Isaac returns her wave.

Matt observes this.

"What do you want to do?"

"He is your friend and he looks lonely... but I also want you to feel safe. You're my priority here."

"His dad isn't here. I don't think I could do it without you."

This isn't an answer, but it might be a hint.

She smiles up at him and gives him a brief kiss.

"We should go talk to him."

So they sit.

"Hey."

"Hey."

"Hey," she repeats with a smile. "I'm Juliet. And we are totally inviting ourselves to sit with you."

"I'm glad I wasn't allowed to vote, I might have ruined it for you."

"Juliet and I get along pretty well. We don't need unanimity. I'll go where she goes, and she'll go where I go."

"I'm really happy for you. Don't invite me to the wedding."

"I thought we should talk. Juliet encouraged it. Here we are."

"I know where to send the thank you card."

"I'll be expecting it in the mail then. I'm sure it'll be very heartfelt and thankful."

"Yeah, I'm a really heartfelt guy."
