She snorts and points to her agglo tank. "If I were keeping lock-leeches in there, everyone would be looking at me funny, and rightly so." 

Caio head-checks nervously. "Yeahhhh. - I'll try the agglo one."

"Well, it doesn't really feel like anything..."

She hands him an exaggeratedly large googly eye.

Poke poke. Will it stick to the back of his hand?

It totally will! He can sort of form an intention to hold onto it or release it; holding onto it doesn’t take ongoing effort or concentration but he can pry it off with his other hand if he tries to.

Does doing that hurt?

Yes, but only about as much as ripping off a bandaid, and letting go doesn’t hurt at all.

"Ow."

"You okay?"

"Think so," he prods at the skin, "just gotta release the thing before I try to yank it loose."

“I didn’t actually try not doing that.” She tries not doing that. “Huh. Yeah, ow.”

"If I get caught on something I wanna know what'll happen," he shrugs.

“It makes perfect sense! But it didn’t happen to occur to me.”

"Anyway, I think I like it." He experiments with releasing the googly eye and letting it roll down his hand and re-sticking it when it's gone a little ways.

“If I had gotten this power when I was seven I would have tried very hard to learn to use it to cheat at hula hoops.”

"...I don't think it would work that well for that."

“I was a very stubborn child.”

"If that's still sitting nicely tomorrow I might take the plunge on some things."

“And we’ll see if I can convince Hans to accept some things.”
