Chelsea gets off work when the dentist's office closes and she's done making everybody's reminder calls and making sure nothing's double-booked (or, well, something is, but she calls somebody and then it's not). Then she goes and waits for the bus and opens up her phone to see if she has any texts.
"Now it is super just app magic. I have a degree in biochem; I was going to go into biotech, but then I turned down a job that I thought I could do better than, and... it turned out I couldn't. I ran out of money and ended up here for a while. Really a long while."
"Then again, I didn't think this place had anything going for it until today." Kisses! "How about you; where are you from?"
"Fantastic." Smooooch. "...I think even if there are a hundred thousand of you you're still a god. There are allowed to be one hundred thousand gods. It would just make me a lot sadder that I wasn't one of them."
"It won't even let me touch it, yeah. ...Or I assume that's what was happening. I should keep trying every once in a while."
"You think so? I guess if it doesn't refresh or replace things..." She'll go buy one of those.
