After checking in with work and then having some brief conversations with friends and family, Alice turns her attention back to the issue at hand. There's still so much she doesn't know or understand. One of her friends had helped her lookup information about the beta, and so she has a small list of known beta testers she can try to find, and a larger set of notes from what was publicly discussed on various blogs and forums.
She knows better to rely on it but it's at least a starting point. She moves out into the lounge and joins up with Vivian again. The woman's eyes were clearly a little puffy but honestly Alice would have been surprised to see otherwise, even she had cried herself out a little.
"Vivian. How are you holding up? Have you eaten?"
