Seems inefficient but maybe they're trying to be polite by leaving him a line of retreat. He waits for the signal and when he has it he channels.

Only the mice had visible open wounds, but people still look better. Some of the people who were unconscious with tubes are still unconscious, while others are suddenly conscious and reaching for the tubes and being told to not do this by the people who were outside the channel radius and are now moving people out of it.

Anyone who had, say tubes or needles through their skin may just spontaneously not have them any more, for the same reason it's safe to channel at someone who's got an arrow sticking out of them if you don't have time to pull it.

…in that case the people who were outside the radius may be in somewhat more of a rush.

Oh dear. He will stay right where he is in case any of them need to rush across his exit path.

Someone who was just healed isn't speaking coherently, but sounds upset. She maybe wants to grab at Blai, but she's not actually in range of him and does not seem to be moving towards him, either.

…nonetheless, Blai's security team would rather he wait in the car for them to get out the next round of patients.

Eventually they have another round of patients. These ones already have some relevant tubes removed.

He can walk out of the car and into the center of the circle and channel there without incident, hopefully?

This time someone loudly announces "Praise Jesus!" but this does not seem to require a response from him.

He's gonna not engage with that. He does not have any particular reason to object to the praise of Jesus even if it is based in a misunderstanding at this moment.

And now they can head back before anyone succeeds at cornering Blai with questions.
