@OP Pure curiosity but does it like, matter to you in the general sense that survey based RCTs almost uniformly indicate that the average esper is glad they awakened within a year? or  are they too young and brainwashed for us to worry about trivial things like "what they want" and "whether they think they're happy"

Things can be good and bad at the same time. The world is complicated. Sweeping generalizations about espers are the problem. From what I read some just want to be left along and some are like massive sluts. Because they are....... People. Who vary. On a lot of axes. And deserve to be treated as individuals. IANAE and I don't even know one so i dont KNOW but like.
