Advice for monster capture for new esper

Dear Traceless,

I am a new esper from the Philippines who has signed with Quasar Guild. My power is controlling the movements of sentient creatures for short periods (on the order of seconds), which includes dungeon monsters. It has been mentioned to me that this power would be very useful for capturing monsters. I agree with you in thinking that more basic research of dungeons is necessary, including the study of dungeon monsters, so I would like to help with this.

I would be very happy to receive advice from you about dungeon monster capture best practices and how I could coordinate or arrange for the transport and research of captured monsters, since I do not think there are any places outside of the Ontario Monster Park which can permanently host monsters. It seems to me that dungeon monster capture infrastructure is less well developed outside of North America.

Yours sincerely,
Lawrence Lacson
