He looks around and immediately runs upstairs. "Beth? Bethany?"
"Yes, dear?" she says from their bedroom, looking up at him.
He stops. "I, uh—are you okay?"
"...why wouldn't I be?"
"I—passed out. As soon as I walked in."
"—are you okay?"
"Yes, I—thought it might have been something to do with Sadde. They haven't called?"
Bethany's face clouds over. "No."
"Beth..."
"I understand he's your responsibility, but if he's messing with this—this cape business..."
Tobias purses his lips.
Jonathan's in his room watching TV and Sarah's... nowhere? Oh no there she is Hannah almost missed her.
"Kinda hard to tell what powers they have yet. If they're really mental stuff I might not notice. Same reason Jacob can't do my powers."
"Oh, I thought you could just, I dunno, figure it out genetically or something. Don't—don't spy on them, please."
