Well, the message about the Reapers mentions a planet called Ilos, to which the recipients should flee if they can.

"...very little, past the schematics. We'd unearthed a few mummified protheans, so we knew what they looked like, and we... at least suspected that they were studying humans, before they left. But the number of people who can actually understand the messages beneath the accessible surface layer of a beacon is in the triple digits, out of the entire population of a galaxy."

“Then there is a lot here that is of at least xenoanthropological interest. I can prepare a report, though it may be difficult to provide evidence. The protheans were planning to head to a planet named Ilos — is that known?”

“Also, I will be able to make faster progress with the encrypted data if I can run the computations on more suitable hardware.” The obvious not stated: if you choose to trust me with it.

"It sounds... familiar... oh, that's what Commander Shepard called the planet where she found the Conduit. The Reapers' backdoor into the Citadel, which she used to stop their vanguard from opening an enormous relay to bring the rest through."

Tintin worries the inside of his cheek.

"And... I'll consider your request. It does not really seem right, to... trap you, indefinitely, but I will want Professor Tournesol's assistance in determining whether it can be done without undue risk. I am terribly bad at being paranoid."

“You are not wronging me in this matter. I do not possess an intrinsic desire for autonomy.”

“Clarification: is it now known who was responsible for constructing the mass relays? In particular, is there any evidence whether it was the Reapers or their allies?”

"Oh. ...it's a bit complicated, but yes, practically anyone who takes Commander Shepard seriously agrees that the relays must have been either put into place by the Reapers or very thoroughly compromised by them, given her testimony on Sovereign's stated and demonstrated goals. Sovereign being that Reaper vanguard I mentioned."

“Speculation: it may be more fruitful to study the presumed artifacts of the Reapers as it is to study those of the protheans.”

“Speculation: there may be further useful data of Reaper origin available in the Conduit, in its former location, or at the Citadel.”

"You may well be right. The Citadel is also a lovely place to visit in its own right. A tremendous feat of engineering, even if it may have been done by ravenous god-machines."
