She smiles at him and gets up and stretches up to kiss him on the cheek.
"See you later," she says, and goes off to see if Jiorthkir has anyone else for her to hug.
A few of the others have unlumped on their own, at least enough to get to their rooms and lump there where it would be rude to barge in, but there are some other lumps who could use hugging. He directs her to one named Ghyresh.
He hugs back automatically but doesn't say anything.
"Hi."
"Okay."
"My name's Ghyresh."
Shrug.
He snuggles her for a while.
"I heard what you said to Xathrek."
"Yeah.
It's one thing to say 'it's all going to be okay.' It's another thing to consider that if they bring Mezeidai home and have her confirmed an actual demon the rest of us are potentially in a world of legal trouble."
"I didn't expect you to. Just. Much as I'd like to be able to say it was all guilt bothering me."
