Reneis Ordranti-Caliphvaso is, in a nominal sense, monarch of Ustalav. (After the plot of "duly with knees that feign to quake." Before that point, he's the best candidate for an heir.) He is a nice, sober young man who is often suspected to be the nephew of the previous ruler by the sister of that aforementioned king's worst enemy, at least according to the worst enemy, Countess Carmilla Caliphvaso.
