Minor power component: They can also see where things would have gone if a person or animal had not moved them, such as seeing where a ball they threw would have bounced if it hadn't been caught.

Backlash: solipsism, becoming focused on a course of action, at its most extreme: forgetting that movement is possible.
Mild: can't recognize that other people can do things without prompting; becomes super micromanage-y
Moderate: can't recognize that other people do things for reasons, starts treating people like inconvenient objects that do random unpredictable things. Mostly stops talking to people because what's the point?
Severe: becomes surprised that anyone else takes any actions at all. Might walk out in front of a red light because they have no idea that the cars might move.
Deadly: no longer remembers that anyone can move, including themself.
