Beware of Olivia Fraser/Ichos and her associates!
Disclaimer:
This document is intended for educational/informative purposes, so that the public can be informed of certain dangerous and toxic behavior perpetrated by Olivia/Ichos and avoid association with her, and to encourage her to take accountability for her actions. You can also sign the petition encouraging her esper agency to drop her as a client. This post was NOT created for purposes of harassment, and we disavow all harassment towards her or any of her associates based on the behavior described in this document. Again, do not use this document to harass Olivia/Ichos, or anyone else! ESPECIALLY do not use this document as an excuse to harass Baffle -- harassing a grooming victim for being associated with their abuser is victim-blaming, and just makes it harder for them to leave.
Context:
Olivia Fraser, better known by her codename Ichos, is an audiokinetic esper active primarily in the Seattle area, as well as in the northwestern United States and southwestern Canada. She is also active on Instagram, under her celebrity account @ichos.official and her personal account @chickadees.are.great, and is likely active on other social media sites under other usernames. Unfortunately, Olivia has an extensive history of taking advantage of non-espers she interacts with, and engaging in inappropriate behaviors towards minors, and other toxic behaviors.
Inappropriate behavior towards minors:
- Olivia first partnered with her current primary partner, Baffle, when she was 19 and Baffle was a minor.¹
- Olivia has repeatedly defended adult-minor esper partnerships, and shown no remorse for her inappropriate behavior. There are too many quotes to list them all, but as a particularly egregious example, she has explicitly stated that she believes adult-minor sexual esper partnerships are "not a big deal" as long as the parties are close in age.
- Olivia has maintained her relationship with her agency, Cataplt (no, that's not a typo, they actually spell it like that), even after one of its agents was fired for repeated violations of boundaries when interacting with minor clients.
- Olivia reposted suggestive fanart of Cam from Jump Team Four, who is a minor, on her personal blog.
Taking advantage of non-espers:
- Olivia has on several occasions (not a comprehensive list) created or boosted memorial posts for espers who were killed in the line of duty, as well as in one case when the esper in question died of a drug overdose.² However, in all of her active years as an esper, she has NEVER done anything of the sort for non-espers who died in the line of duty, including in one case when she had also worked on the same dungeon.
- On her personal account, Olivia made two posts after the Pike Place bomb dungeon containment breach last year victim-blaming the SWAT workers who died (she has since taken down the posts, the link goes to screenshots).
- Olivia has been accused of aggressive behavior towards some of her non-esper colleagues, including yelling at them and belittling them for trivial reasons.
- Olivia has advocated for immediately releasing anyone in juvie for a non-violent offense who awakens as an esper, but has never supported any similar policies for non-espers in juvie.
- Olivia accused the girlfriend of a SWAT worker who was killed in the line of duty of being a scammer when she tried to raise money to help cover her childcare costs, then tried to excuse it by saying that "anyone who runs dungeons has life insurance" (completely discounting that life insurance policies don't always pay enough to cover childcare for an ENTIRE HUMAN BEING!)
Other toxic behavior:
- In this interview, Olivia misgendered non-binary esper Ingress TWICE, then issued a really insincere sounding "apology."
- Olivia has admitted to reading esper RPF (this may also fall under inappropriate behavior towards minors, depending on the fic she was reading).
- Olivia's codename, Ichos, was derived from the Greek word for sound, even though she has no Greek heritage or cultural connection to Greece.
- Olivia has done multiple paid promotions for HealthyHeart Daily, which sells supplements that literally do not work. I don't mean "they say they'll cure something when they don't" (although they do also do that, and that is also bad -- I don't mean to minimize that harm!), I mean they literally have been tested and do not actually contain the active components they supposedly have. When people pointed this out on one of her posts advertising for them, she deleted their comments (link goes to screenshot), then did ANOTHER paid promotion for them.
- Olivia has defended Jake Willis/Molerat, despite his well-documented history of racism.
- Olivia stated in an interview that one of her favorite movies was The Notebook.
Conclusion:
Olivia Fraser has repeatedly engaged in harmful behavior and refused to take accountability for it. We STRONGLY ENCOURAGE minors to exercise caution about any interactions with her, and everyone to consider whether this is really the kind of person you want to be associating with.
¹ Baffle's birthdate is not a matter of public record. However, she has stated in interviews that she was born in 2016, and they first partnered up in 2033, so we can deduce that she was either 16 or 17.
² In addition, all of the memorial posts were also on her public account, never her personal one, making it likely she was posting in part for clout.
