Power: Shadowcat can prevent humans and dungeon monsters from noticing or reacting to his presence or actions, or cause them to regard his presence or particular actions he takes as irrelevant or unremarkable.  At the highest level of activation this causes monsters to treat him essentially as if he were not there, but lower levels of activation are also possible.  By activating his power indiscriminately, or with specific exceptions rather than specific targets, he can roughly judge based on backlash rate how many monsters are capable of perceiving him.
