"Not quite!" responds an unfamiliar voice from another room.

"...not quite?" says Kerem, but he gets out of bed and heads in that direction.

"Let's call it an understatement.  Hello!  Journey Carison, pleased to meet you.  I'm not as far as I know any sort of royalty."

"Where am I?"

"Somewhere very far from where you died.  We resurrected you."

"How did you do that - where's his highness, is he all right -"

"Still in the storm.  Very little time has passed there since you died."

"...how do you do that, can you get him - and everyone else on the ship! -"

"Not yet.  Just you, for now."

"I am not really the priority here, the crown prince is going to drown!"

"I'm told that usually goes fine.  And it's still been less than a second since you died; please calm down."

"You're told what?!"

"That it usually goes fine when Cymbeline drowns.  For him, even.  - There are a lot of worlds.  And a lot of them are repeats and variations of each other."

"Why would it go fine for him to drown?"

"Well he comes back!  Resurrection.  And it wouldn't be very helpful to him if we grabbed him now.  ...That's not why we're not doing it, really, but it is also true."

"Why would that not be helpful?"

"I think in the previous cases it's introduced him to someone whom he was glad to meet. Romantically.  Say, would you like to be introduced to someone whom you might be glad to meet romantically?"

"This hardly seems like the time!"

"In a while during which his highness will stop being either of drowning or dead?"

"Well, no.  During which it will still be less than few seconds since you died and by which you will have the power to either enable his rescue or gain the resources to do it yourself."
