Well fuck. Confluence is starting out with a bang here. Lots of bangs. 

Arrakis (see this Eventualities post)  has appeared in Toronto. Don't worry I don't live in the city center. And I'm going to be doing other dungeons at least for today. Just because a big boy is in town doesn't mean the little ones let up after all.

so bad news I stepped in a hole even though I'm cool. In my defense that place was really dark. good news is that I got an autograph from Uisa. Yes, that Uisa. The best healer in the world right now probably. She fixes all the big names who get injured or who's backlash needs to be cleaned up after.

Also, Aumento is in town too, and he's pretty cool also  So between the two of them I'm all patched up. 

Aumento has sharable regen, and can heal a bunch of people at once just by sitting there. He has his own  fancy facility.

the regen comes with super strength so I couldn't use my phone until after I was patched up. Luckily there's lots of people around to talk to here.

Arrakis sucks. I mean we knew that but it sucks. I did several hours in there getting people out, and  I had to wear dust gear even though the shield lady was on duty for 'safety reasons' Totally ruined my vibes. Also apparently those fucking worms have longer sensory range then you'd expect given they only have vibration sense. And I couldn't see them to avoid getting too close on account of the sand. All and all a pain in the ass dungeon. Also Frank Herbert and his estate can kiss my ass.

Holy shit. They fucked VR to death. Usually when espers fuck in order to kill dungeons it's less literal than that.

The report is a hell of a read too. Didn't even go for 'high intensity guiding activities', maybe that's not a euphemism they use in asia.

 on a serious note, props to KHJ for writing a report so promptly after all that. Girl earned a day off after burning down an entire S-rank. 

Also LTG is a SNACK, so she's a lucky lucky girl. They should take a break together. In Vegas.
