Man idk how to think about this stuff. If tomorrow, humanity stopped creating horror fiction, dungeons would just come up with twists on Wholesome TM media and parts of life, they wouldn't go away. But maybe those dungeons would be less bad. Idk how we would even tell.
And also - if I heard there was a dungeon based on my work, I would be kinda upset, not gonna lie. And "well it would have just been something else as bad if I didn't write that" doesn't really help.
