Power: Crash Nitro is capable of rapid flight in excess of 100 mph, and split-second acceleration and deceleration.  She, as well as people and objects she is carrying, are protected from deleterious effects of this acceleration.  Her control over her position, velocity, and acceleration in the air is extremely precise (see documentation re: 2036 San Diego earthquake and multiple breach incident).
Backlash: Compulsive movement.  She first loses the psychological capacity to stand still, and then loses the ability to tolerate moving slower than a slow walk.  Once her minimum tolerable speed reaches about two miles per hour, her maximum tolerable speed begins rapidly decreasing until it reaches the same level.  At most dungeoneering-safe backlash levels she is able to placate her compulsion by walking on a treadmill, but in emergency situations she may acquire too much backlash to find this tolerable.
