He'd say he loves her too, but he is busy. She probably gets the message.

She so does~<3

Mmmmmm she's so lovely.

"So good, so good..."

And will it be a positive addition to this situation if he puts his hand between her legs?

Oh good.

"Yes yes yes yes yes..." she mewls.

She's so good. He would really like to get her off like this. Multiple times, if she's up for it.

She is so so so up for it!!!

He can just kind of keep going until she appears to be done!

That's going to take quite a while.

They've got time.

Eventually she falls asleep on him.

Awwwwwwwww. She is so cute and cozy and warm and soft and good.

He snuggles her for a few minutes, and then - he should probably give the foundation spell something substantial to chew on before he starts work tomorrow morning; it's not technically strictly necessary but it wouldn't do to get in the habit of neglecting it as much as he can get away with, because that is how you find out you couldn't get away with quite as much neglect as you assumed...

He thinks of Luar first. He - doesn't really want to bother Luar. But when he thinks of his other swans, he finds he doesn't really want to bother them either. He wants... hm. He wants the person he hurts over this to be someone who agrees to it. Which brings him right back to Luar, because she's the only swan who can do that. If he asks anyone else, he'll get whatever answer they're least scared of giving, and that will not necessarily bear any resemblance to what they actually want.

So. He turns into wind and goes looking.

She's sitting on the ridge between the lake and the southern slope of the mountain, looking down at the lights of Oroshe.

He materializes, sitting close by but not within arm's reach.

She tenses instinctvely, looking up at him with that caged-animal glare - and then relaxes somewhat, remembering his promise.

"What do you want?"

How does he even begin to ask... hm. Actually there's something else he wants to say first.

"I'm working on a better kind of immortality," he says. "One that doesn't kill you. I don't know how long it'll be, but once I've got it working I'm going to give it to you, and then I'm going to let you go."

...She regards him thoughtfully.

"You're being very generous all of a sudden."

"Yeah, it's weird," he says agreeably. "So - that. The other thing is - I'm not starting in on the immortality yet, but I'm going to spend the next week working on duplicating the magic fountains from the old capital. And I need a way to feed the spell while I do that. And - I could just light somebody on fire and leave her that way, but - I liked that you agreed to that visit with Maran. I liked that you let me hold you afterward. It was nice."

"It was nice," she says softly.

"So. Would you like to spend the next week on fire. Or something. And can I hold you afterward."

She looks up at him with a quizzical smile and doesn't say anything for a long moment.

He waits.
