Luxurious indeed. Though Skywalker is slightly surprised she's not secured more permanent lodgings.

"Gotta save up for that supervillain lair."

"A whole lair, really?"

"The difference," she says, solemnly, "Between a mere evil-doer and a supervillain lies in presentation. And to be a respectable supervillain requires one to have an appropriate lair."

"You certainly sound as though you know what you're talking about."

"I've done my research!"

"Lily might be interested in seeing your bibliography to help with her literary endeavors."

"You said she was a fan?"

"As I understand it, you are a sensation amongst a certain set. Your costume is quite provocative."

"Oh, I've noticed."

"And no doubt you designed it that way intentionally."

There's a knock at the door to Ruby's suite.

She goes to get it! "We've got company!" she announces loud enough to be heard on the other side, a few moments before actually opening it.

It's an appropriately dressed Ellie that she opens the door to, then.

"Thanks for the warning."

"No problem." She steps aside to let Ellie in.

She enters. "Who've you got, then?"

"A ghost, a loyal fan, and the woman who stole the chance to collect on the S9's bounties from me."

"Technically, that was a group effort."

"Impressive, either way." There's a ghost here? Well, if Ruby can see a ghost the Shadow Carnelian Necromancer certainly can...

There is, indeed, a ghost! One that's giving Ellie a very curious look of her own.

"Something on my face?" Her cat ears twitch.

"You resemble someone I know - two someones, actually."

"Okay..."

"One of the someones is me," Skywalker adds.
