Power: Peregrine has teleportation to a range of about ten yards.  At the location he appears, he creates a flash of light and a visible, rapidly expanding split-second bubble of force centered on himself which can roughly rearrange objects in his immediate vicinity or launch them at high speeds away from himself.  He is also capable of "teleporting" to the same location he already occupies, with the same effect on "arrival."
