Power: Aumento himself has enhanced strength, durability and minor regeneration.  However, his real gift is his ability to share those benefits with others.  He can enhance an arbitrary number of people, but backlash is most cost-efficient within 30 feet and the power will in fact get diluted if spread amongst too many people.  The sweet spot for backlash efficiency to power given is 3-5 people, ideally within 60 feet.  The regeneration isn't a primary focus of the power and works best on recent injuries, but if you can keep someone stable for long enough and optionally have all the original pieces, it will probably let someone recover from major injuries.

He has insight into the condition of anyone he's tagged with his power.  Passively, he's aware of general condition and injuries.  Given enough time and backlash investment, he can scan someone he's tagged to determine their condition with more detail, assuming that he's aware of what the problem is.  Broken arms are trivial to discern, while "are you supposed to have that funny lump?" is another matter altogether.  Finally, he doesn't have to distribute his power equally and can choose to redistribute the gifts he's bestowed at the speed of thought.
