Hm. I think so? I'd be lying if I said, say, that I'd never set expectations low by pretending to be incurably unconcerned, and then, when shiz got real or people got angry, pretended to be a careless necromancer pretending to be a careful one instead of abandoning the level-one deception.

Probably I was on some level, although this entire conversation about motives makes affecting sincerity sound more deliberate than I think it usually is. Chaotic Good is doing what's right instead of doing what's expected of you, or what you could defend to someone else.

If you couldn't defend it to someone else, how do you know that it's Good??
