Incandesce is waiting at the park bench the next morning.

She's in her civilian clothes – the same colorful dress she arrived in. She waves when she sees Incandesce.

"Well hi there, stranger."

"Hey there, hot stuff."

"So what's the occasion, cutie Ruby? Finally blown back into town?"

"Something like that." 

"How've you been?"

"I've been good! Heroic-ing around, you know, saving kitties and cute girls. The usual."

"I almost feel disappointed you haven't saved me once in all that; I'm both a kitty and a cute girl, after all."

Giggle. "Well, maybe you're just too sensible to get in danger that you need saving from. There's something to be said for that."

"Maybe I just haven't run into tempting enough danger, yet; none of the trees around here are good candidates for getting stuck in..."

"Just remember it'll have to be a special order if you're too far outside city limits."

"I'll text you before any risky climbs, how about?"

"Sounds good to me."

"There's been some risky things I've been contemplating lately, too..."

"What kind of risky things?"

Hum. "Something I'd rather share in private."

"You did mention that. Nothing... nefarious, I hope?"

"...Nothing you'd object to on moral concerns; safety concerns, maybe."

"And you can't tell me anything more in advance?"

Hum. "Don't think so."

So, on the one hand, holy security hazard Batman. On the other hand, cute girl needs her help. On the other other hand, she... doesn't know Ruby that well actually? On the other other other hand, cute girl needs help. And she's not getting bad vibes, Ruby does seem genuine.

"...All right. I'm not on shift until this afternoon so you have until then."

"Thanks." To her hotel room? Or another private location of Incandesce's choosing.

Hotel seems fine.

Ruby has a rather nice suite with a decent view, though she keeps the curtains closed. She sits on the couch in the front room, fidgeting a little, as the suite's door closes behind Incandesce.
